The skyline alters almost daily and after years of domination, City have even managed to overtake United. The one common theme however is that Manchester has, and continues to put change at the core of everything it does – hence why we chose Manchester to be the home of our business change practice.

As a recruiter within our business change practice, you’ll be responsible for helping talented individuals to secure appointments in areas such as robotics, customer relationship management and the ever-evolving world of regulatory change.

 

We’re looking for excellent relationship builders, those who can build networks with senior stakeholders in FTSE organisations and develop extensive networks of senior professionals across the change arena. We need people who understand recruitment, but who are also as excited as we are to support the delivery of high profile, long-term projects.

 

It requires commercial acumen, professionalism, maturity and a consultative approach. We’re building teams that help the biggest firms in the UK to flourish and as such, need the very best recruiters to help our clients achieve their objectives.
