I joined Talent in September 2016 to manage the UK's largest client account. From my first day Talent made me feel really welcome. I attended the amazing Talent Unleashed Awards in London during my first week which gave me an opportunity to get to know some of the team and see first hand how Talent are giving back to the technology community through initiatives like the Talent Unleashed Awards.
I've really enjoyed my time here and what I love most about Talent is the trust and freedom that they give you to work your way. There's no micro-management but there's always people on hand to provide support and guidance when you need it.
I've enjoyed a lot of success in a relatively short period of time and I'm currently in the process of hiring a team of people to assist me in providing an outstanding level of service to our client.
